About the event
What to bring:-
Yoga mats, bolsters, blankets will be available to use but please feel free to bring your own or any other pillows you prefer to make yourself as cozy as possible.
Water
Wear comfortable and warm layers as being in stillness during sessions can reduce body temputure as we enter a more relaxed state.
Health Conditions:-
I do not recommend sessions if you have a pacemaker or metal objects in any major organs
